Jesslyn Hong oversees the development of product strategies and the design and implementation of training programmes for the company.

She brings over more than a decade of frontline experience in financial advisory, relationship management, and wealth management. Her robust background and hands-on approach give her a deep understanding of customers needs and financial representative challenges, allowing her to design practical, impactful training solutions.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Marketing with a Minor in Psychology from Nanyang Technological University and is a Certified Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), awarded by The American College of Financial Services.
